‘Hands on’: I use a variety of techniques, including massage and mobilisations and acupuncture. to kickstart your rehabilitation. Soon to have the addition of acupuncture.
Move: I give you the right exercises to get your body back to full function.
Even when regular physiotherapy is no longer needed, I are always here to help you! I will give you the tools to self-manage your body, but you can continue improving your overall fitness with my PT sessions.

Initial Assessment: 60 minutes

This is the first time we will meet up to figure out the problem and what we need to do going forward. I will always provided an element or treatment in this session.
