Move: I give you the right exercises to get your body back to full function.
Even when regular physiotherapy is no longer needed, I are always here to help you! I will give you the tools to self-manage your body, but you can continue improving your overall fitness with my PT sessions.

This is the first time we will meet up to figure out the problem and what we need to do going forward. I will always provided an element or treatment in this session.
